Supreme Court hears marijuana legislation

Medical marijuana legislation is being heard by the Supreme Court.

Even some Southern conservative states are seeking to legalize marijuana for medicinal reasons. Or, they are supporting the laws as the right of the states, rather than the Federal government.

Most important, the medicinal uses of marijuana are clear; therefore, laws on medical marijuana should be under the control of states and doctors, not the Feds.
